Any question you have about the site should be asked here. Questions can be asked via the chatbox or by PMing staff, but it is preferable for the questions to be asked in this thread in case other members have similar questions. Q. How many characters can I have?
A. You may start with one charcter. Additional characters can be gained by earning one of the otM positions or by winning a contest in which additional characters are a reward. You may have only one character for each race though.

Q. What species can my character be?
A. Asari, Turian, Salarian, and Human species are always available. There are six special species that must be gained through prizes from contests. They are Drell, Quarian, Batarian, Vorcha, Krogan and Geth.

Q. Can I have a ship?
A. There are only a certain amount of ships available at any time. You can check the status of open ships and apply for one in the Ship Claim thread. [link]

Q. Can I have custom armor?
A. Your armor can look however you want it to within reason for the setting and for whatever organization you join, but the specs of its shields and the like will be determined by the model and upgrades you have purchased for it. Everyone will start with the same basic armor.

A. No. You will be restricted to a set list of weapons available for purchase. Each type and class of weapon has its own specs and can be upgraded through attachments that are available for purchase. Everyone will start with the basic model for the class of weapon(s) they choose.
